What Time is Check-in and Check Out? The check in and check out time is the same for all our vacation properties. Guests can check in at 4:00PM. Check out time is at 10:00AM.
Can I Get an Early Check-in or Late Check Out? We are always happy to offer you an early check-in or late check-out whenever possible. However, during the busy season from December-August, this may not be an available option as we have a lot of same day reservations. This means we will need the time in between check in and check out to ensure your home is clean and ready for your arrival. Our early check in time is 2PM, our late check out time is 12PM, and we do charge an additional fee for each service.
When Will I Receive My Check-in Instructions? You will receive your check-in instruction via email 3 (three) days prior to your arrival. The instructions will include information specific to the vacation rental you will be staying in. If you book your reservation through Vrbo, Airbnb or directly with the homeowner, you will also receive your check-in instructions via email.
How Do I Check-in to the Home? We have contactless check-in and check-out at all our properties. Three days prior to your arrival you will receive the check-in instructions and information on how to retrieve keys for each property.
What are the testing requirements before arrival and during our stay? Effective Tuesday, September 22, 2022, The Bahamas are no longer requiring anyone to get tested for Covid-19 prior to entering the country (Yay!) and there is no longer a Travel Visa form to fill out. Masks may be required inside the Immigration and Customs building but they are no longer required anywhere else on the island.
Is Wi-Fi Available? Yes, each property has WiFi, but it is not always as reliable as in other parts of the world. Wi-fi signal strength varies by location as well and number of persons utilizing it at one time.
What Amenities are Offered? All of our properties are privately owned so amenities will vary. Please refer to the property description for amenity offerings specific to the property you are interested in.
Are Pets Allowed? We love pets too! Unfortunately, we don’t have any vacation rentals that allow any other pets. If the property description says pets are not allowed, we are unable to make exceptions for yours as some owners or other guests have pet-allergies and because they also use their vacation home, we need to adhere to their no pet policy.
Are Weddings or Other Events Allowed? Our vacation properties are located in quiet communities; therefore, we sometimes can accommodate small weddings and reunions, but no bachelor or bachelorette parties or other rowdy gatherings.
What is Your Refund Policy? A full refund (less conversion and/or banking fees) of the reservation amount or alternatively a rebooking credit will be provided if cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival. Also, we cannot issue refunds due to canceled or shortened stays because of inclement weather, environmental damage, evacuation, acts of terrorism, acts of God, family illness, family death, accidents, etc. We recommend investing in vacation insurance if you have concerns about trip cancellations. A $100 Fee is applied to all cancellations.
