House Description
Lady blue is a uniquely designed beach house. Taking inspiration by a Tahitian village, there are five separate buildings with four being bedrooms surrounding the main house where the great room, kitchen, and half bathroom are housed. Set on the gorgeous Tar Bay Beach on Great Exuma Island.
Each bedroom is a separate building with ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms sit right above the beach looking out over the ocean. There are two bedrooms on the front of the house with quick access to the main house and pool deck by the wraparound covered porch. The main house offers views of the infinity pool, deck, and ocean beyond, and houses the kitchen, dining room, family room, and half bathroom. The covered porches and walk ways give a respite from the sun, while the pool deck offers space for basking in sun's warmth.
Tar Bay Beach stretches for miles in either direction and is great for relaxing right out front or strolling along its white sand. While there has been more development along the beach in recent years, the area remains quiet and affording you to enjoy that much needed privacy.
Lady Blue was built and opened for vacation rentals in 2014 and has long been a favorite on the island hosting a variety of groups including 1-2 families or couples.
